Turkey Caesar Salad with Feta Cheese and Tomatoes
This is a favorite “lazy gourmet” meal when it’s too hot to cook (or even use the microwave).
Confession: I use packaged lunchmeat and love it.
- Romaine Lettuce
- (packaged) Turkey Breast
- Tomatos*
- Feta Cheese
- Caesar Dressing (Bolthouse brand)
These are not home grown tomatoes. But soon enough we’ll be harvesting them from the garden. I don’t doubt it’ll be worth the wait…
